Ron Clarke
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Ron Clarke has been our Chief Executive Officer since August 2000 and was appointed Chairman of our Board of Directors in March 2003. From 1999 to 2000, Ron served as President and Chief Operating Officer of AHL Services, Inc., a staffing firm. From 1990 to 1998, Ron served as Chief Marketing Officer and later as a Division President with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a computer services company. From 1987 to 1990, Ron was a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Ron was a marketing manager for General Electric Company, a diversified technology, media, and financial services corporation.

Tom Panther
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Panther was named FLEETCOR’s Chief Financial Officer in May 2023. He is responsible for all elements of the company’s finance function including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit. He is also an active participant in the company’s strategic planning, M&A and enterprise risk management. Prior to his tenure at FLEETCOR, Tom served as the CFO at EVO Payments, Inc., and spent nearly 20 years at SunTrust Banks, Inc. in numerous leadership roles including Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, SVP of Corporate Finance, and Head of Capital Planning & Analysis. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and is a certified public accountant.

Alan King
Group President – Vehicle Payments in Europe and Australasia
Since joining FLEETCOR in 2016, Alan King has served as President for several lines of business and is currently leading our fleet and consumer vehicle and mobility payments business in Europe and Australasia. His responsibilities are to further strengthen FLEETCOR’s position as a global leader in fuel payment solutions, cement the company as a key resource for commercial fleets transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs), and drive product innovation and diversification. King has been at FLEETCOR since 2016, leading Europe and Australasia as Group President – International Fuel business that has surpassed the $500M revenue mark. Prior to FLEETCOR, he spent 11 years at Mastercard with global and regional roles spanning Product, Strategy, Business Development and General Management. Prior to MasterCard, Alan held leadership positions at VISA in the CEMEA region from 2003 to 2005 and at Citibank from 1998 to 2003, largely across commercial payments in international markets. Alan spent the early part of his career in the telecom and automotive industries, in various sales and marketing roles covering Europe.

Armando Netto
Group President – Vehicle Payments in Brazil and North America
Armando Netto joined FLEETCOR in June 2014 as our Group President – Brazil, which was the foundation to his current role leading our fleet and consumer vehicle and mobility payments business in Brazil and North America. Prior to joining us, Armando led IT Services for TIVIT, an IT and BPO services company, from 2006 to 2014, where he led the integration of functional areas into the business unit, focused on onboarding new clients and ensuring service quality. Prior to TIVIT, Armando held various leadership roles with Unisys and McKinsey, where he gained international experience in Europe supporting clients in the UK, France, Austria, Portugal, and the Netherlands.

Joff Romoff
Group President - Lodging Payments
Joff joined Fleetcor in January 2024 as Group President – Lodging payments. Prior to joining Fleetcor, Joff was Vice President, Commercial – Southeast Asia and Korea at IHG Hotels and Resorts where we had responsibility for all aspects of the Commercial organization including Sales, Revenue Management, New Hotel Openings and Commercial Country Performance. Before this, Joff spent 11 years at SAP Concur, as Head – Global Travel Supplier and Partner Management where he was responsible for all commercial aspects of the global portfolio of accommodation, payment and aviation segments. His extensive background also includes senior roles with Amadeus, Expedia, Air Miles and Air Canada.

Appointed Group President of Corpay Cross-Border Solutions in March 2022, Mark has helped to firmly establish Corpay as a market leader in areas of cross-border payments and currency risk management. A proven leader with over 20 years’ experience in trading and treasury operations, Mark has been with us for over a decade. Mark led the successful acquisition and integration of the AFEX business last year. Prior to FLEETCOR, Mark was with Western Union.

Mark Schatz was appointed our Group President of Prepaid in May 2020, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the role. Mark joined us in October 2014 as part of FLEETCOR’s acquisition of the Comdata brand and has been the President of Stored Valued Solutions since November 2011. Prior to joining us, Mark held senior leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank, Discover, and National Processing Company where he managed the second largest merchant processing business in the US.

She joined FLEETCOR in 2011 and also serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Controls, with oversight of external reporting, technical accounting, and internal audit. Prior to joining us, Alissa held a Senior Director position at Worldpay and spent more than nine years in public accounting at Deloitte LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, as a senior manager in the audit and assurance practice.

Prior to joining us, Scott held several technology leadership roles at McKesson from 2013 to 2019 and was most recently the CIO for McKesson Europe, where he was responsible for all IT functions across 13 countries. At McKesson, Scott led several major IT initiatives including the consolidation of ERP platforms, infrastructure modernization, and transforming the company’s IT organization. Scott held IT and business leadership positions at Ingram Micro from 2006 to 2013, and at Elemica Ltd. from 2001 to 2006. His early career includes roles at Accenture, Sun Chemical, and Covalex.com Inc.

He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and development of our corporate strategy.
