FLEETCOR Announces New Executive Appointments to its Comdata Business Units

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 2, 2015-- FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:FLT), a global leader in fuel card and workforce payment products to businesses, announced today the appointment of two new business unit executives.

Greg Secord has been appointed President, Comdata North America Trucking (NAT). NAT serves the nation’s trucking lines with the iconic Comdata fuel card. Greg joins FLEETCOR from ADP, where he was most recently responsible for all ADP Canada operations. Prior to his 20 year career with ADP, Greg held sales and marketing management roles with Canon and Xerox. Greg holds a BA from The University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Duke UniversityFuqua School of Business.

Kurt Adams has been appointed President, Comdata Corporate Payments (CCP). CCP serves businesses with a line of virtual card, purchasing card, and payroll card solutions. This unit has a significant position in the healthcare, construction, and trucking verticals. Kurt was most recently President, Corporate Payments Solutions for U.S. Bancorp. Prior to that, Kurt led strategy and planning for NOVA Information Systems (now Elavon – a U.S. Bancorp subsidiary) in Europe. Prior to his career in payments, Kurt enjoyed a successful investment banking career with Piper Jaffray. Kurt holds a BA from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Notre DameMendoza College of Business.
